Dureco flooring connects two opposite poles. On the one hand, it is almost exclusively made from wood. On the other hand, it consistently repels water.
Wood and humidity are not a particularly good combination. Dureco overcomes this barrier thanks to the SEAL technology which prevents the water from staying in the floor – for up to 24 hours.
Dureco does not contain plastics. It mainly consists of natural and sustainable materials. Its core is made from extra condensed wood fibers.
Long Life Surface is the protective layer applied on the floor’s surface. Its great durability is a result of the added corundum, a natural mineral.
Corundum is a natural and abundant mineral deriving from the sapphire family. It has a hardness of 9 on the Mohs hardness scale, surpassed only by the diamond which is a 10.
